all about. A South African based investment holding, trading and Representation Company with experience and a keen interest
in doing business on the African continent. With the admission of South Africa into the BRICS partnership the opportunities to trade
and represent businesses from within the member countries has increased significantly. Arshan Capital has positioned itself to take

Our shareholders and directors have worked in different parts of the continent including West Africa, East Africa and South Africa,
have been integrally involved in NEPAD and COMESA initiatives and have over 40 years experience in doing business on the
continent. We have a presence in 5 countries in Africa.

Our business in its broadest sense is categorised into three areas.

The first is private equity investments made in select focus areas within South Africa.

Secondly, we have harnessed our collective experience and extensive network around Africa in order to
successfully export and represent South African companies and their products to other African countries.

Thirdly we are engaged in the trade of mineral resources and commodities.
